For part-exchange enquiries we keep the data until we have contacted you to discuss the potential part-exchange, once we have contacted you should you not be interested the data is deleted.

For general enquiries through contact forms on our website we keep the data until we have contacted you to discuss your query, once both parties are satisfied that the enquiry has been answered any data is deleted.
